On March 25th, the CVC had a wonderful meeting with special guest, Miriam Katz, who presented on "Volunteer Delegation" to our membership. Miriam, a former Chair of the CVC, offered her perspective on the best practice in and the benefits of delegating ownership and responsiblity to volunteers. Miriam's many years of experience at State Street Corporation and her current Foundation work gave CVC members lots of "take home" ideas of how to improve our practice, share the work and relieve stress in these uncertain times. Miriam offered her PowerPoint presentation to the CVC membership.

Thanks to all who attended the Corporate Volunteer Council Charity Cocktail Party
on Tuesday, Februrary 24th at Sonsie!!
All the corporate leaders had a great time networking and we all gathered lots of boots and cans of tuna and protein for Cradles to Crayons and The Greater Boston Food Bank. Our thanks again to Boston Cares, The Boston Globe and Building Impact for all their dedicated time on this important drive.
